Performance Plus and Hot Rod Hanks ships all Tires, Wheels, and Assemblies (Product) using Fedex and with the option “Direct Signature Required’. We select this option on your behalf for the protection of your product. If you choose for the product to be delivered without a signature, you are accepting FULL RESPONSIBILITY Taking full responsibility means you would have NO RECOURSE to make any claims against Performance Plus / Hot Rod Hanks or Fedex if your product is missing from your front porch or door step. This disclaimer is for the delivery of your product only. If your product is lost during transit, it will covered and re-shipped if not located in a timely fashion. The definition of “In transit’ is when the product is picked up Fedex, loaded in their truck and is in route to you.
